All badges are made to order and made to fit your selected watch. It is crucial that you select the correct model and sub-model prior to purchasing. This ensures that your badge is made to the correct width to fit your watch. If you are unsure, please reach out prior to purchasing.

We will not refund orders due to incorrect watch selections.

If you are not happy with any Keel product, you have a 30 day return window to receive a full refund. Once again, badges that do not fit due to incorrect watch selections are not eligible for return.

We do ask that you cover the return shipping costs and items must be returned (ship date) within 30 days of the original purchase delivery date in order to receive the full refund.
