We stand by the durability of our badges. If your badge becomes damaged beyond normal wear and tear- let’s say it breaks (how did you do that?) or scratches to a point where the text is illegible- we’ll replace your beloved badge, you’ll just pay to ship it. Simply send us a photo of the damage to support@keelbadges.com and we’ll guide you through the next steps. If you want to share the story of how it happened, we’d be curious to know (these things take a bit of work to beat up).

 Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost product. Please exercise caution when you aren’t wearing your watch because it is possible for your badge to slip off the end. Do your best to prevent this by ordering the correct size and crimping the badge so it stays as snug as possible- see the included instructions from original packaging.
